At Nexora Digital, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns: You may return an unused, undamaged book within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Books must be in their original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at ac.lavine@yahoo.com with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Books that have been visibly used, written in, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
